This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions under which Future Generation Artistry (FGA) provides custom design and printing services. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.

 

 

1. Services Provided

Future Generation Artistry (FGA) offers custom printing services on apparel and related products. Services may include printing customer-provided designs or creating custom designs upon request.

3. Design Approval

  • Production will not begin until the design is print-ready and final approval has been received from the customer.
  • Approval confirms that all design details, including spelling, layout, colors, sizing, and placement, are correct.
  • FGA is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

 

4. Production & Processing Time

  • Once final design approval is received, standard production time is 2–5 business days.
  • Processing time begins only after design approval and does not include shipping time.
  • Production timelines may vary during high-volume periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

 

5. Shipping

  • Shipping timeframes are separate from production times and depend on the selected shipping method.
  • FGA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the order has shipped.

 

 

6. Payment Terms

  • All applicable design fees and product costs must be paid in full prior to production unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Orders will not enter production until payment and final design approval have been received.

 

 

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs created by Future Generation Artistry (FGA) for a customer, whether revised from an existing design or fully created by FGA, shall become the exclusive property of the customer upon full payment.
  • Customers are granted full ownership and rights to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the final approved design without limitation.
  • Customer-provided designs must be owned by the customer or used with proper authorization. FGA is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations related to customer-provided artwork.

 

 

8. Agreement Acceptance

By submitting an order, approving a design, and completing payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Service Agreement.
