•Washing Instructions:by hand or by machine; do not tumble dry and iron onto the design.
Attention: Due to different measurement methods, an error of 1-3cm is within the normal range.
To maintain the pattern's long-lasting color:
1. Wash with cold water only
2. Always wash with the design inside the shirt
3. No bleach, Mild cleaner only
4. Air dry only

1. Shipping Time
Standard Delivery:
Orders typically arrive 7–15 business days after shipment.
The total delivery time consists of two stages:
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
- Processing Time: 3–7 business days
(Some custom or made-to-order items may require the full processing period.) - Shipping Time:
We ship using third-party carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. Delivery times may vary, and exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Please note that shipping times may be extended due to high order volume, customs processing, or carrier delays.
2. Shipping Rates
U.S. Orders:
- ✅ FREE shipping on all U.S. orders
International Orders:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size
Certain regions may require express shipping only, including:
Martinique, South Africa, Trinidad & Tobago.
3. Shipping Restrictions
Due to high shipping costs and extended transit times, we currently do not offer retail or wholesale shipping to the following countries and regions (in no particular order):
Africa, Antarctica, Bouvet Island, Bermuda, Lebanon, Romania, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands, French Southern Territories.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Orders can be tracked using the tracking number provided in the email or through your customer account on our website.
5. Delayed Shipments
If an item is out of stock or made to order, additional time may be required before shipment.
- Customers will be notified by email if an item is unavailable.
- If an item is out of stock, you may choose a replacement item with a price difference of $5 or less.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment or unit numbers if applicable.
A valid email address is required for order confirmation and shipping notifications.
A phone number is recommended for delivery purposes. - We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, incorrect ZIP/postal codes, or missing contact information. Any additional shipping costs resulting from these issues are the customer’s responsibility.
- While we strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible, additional delays may occur due to address verification or customs clearance.
- Tracking details may only become fully available once the package arrives in the destination country. Please allow additional time for tracking updates, especially for international shipments.
- If your order has not been delivered within 30 days of placing your order, please contact customer service within 180 days of your order date. We will respond within 24 hours.
- Shipping addresses may be updated before an order is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, address changes are no longer possible.
